From Shin-Osaka Station, take the Shinkansen to Tokyo. To do so, take the Nozomi train. It takes about 2 hours and 30 minutes to get here. Then transfer to a Shinkansen (Hayabusa) at Tokyo Station for Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto Station. The ride will take approximately 5 hours. Finally, a 3.5-hour ride on the limited express Super Hokuto will take you to Sapporo Station. The Shinkansen train from Osaka to Sapporo will arrive around 18:00, even if it departs around 6:00.
